FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

COVID FAQ

*We follow whatever guidelines are in place from state and local government*

What if things change before my birthday party?

We can't predict what rules the state or local government will have in place then. As of today, we are assuming things will be the same. If things change for building capacity or masks or anything else, we will adapt. We will call you to discuss, since we will have to abide by whatever the latest rules are at the time.

Can I get a refund if we don't show up or cancel the day of?

No. Sorry but that is not enough notice for our staff and not enough time to book someone else in that time slot. Refunds are only granted if you cancel at least 14 days PRIOR to the event.

What If we don't feel good before the party?

Please do not come if you feel sick. We will try to reschedule your party but can't guarantee we have any openings. Please call as far in advance as you can so we can open that slot up for another group. You will not get a refund if it is not rescheduled.

What if no one shows up to my party?
You would already have picked a party package when you reserved. You pay for the party regardless. If you booked the All Inclusive, you are paying for up to 20 kids so you will pay the whole amount. If you got the Basic Party, we can adjust from the Large Basic to the Small Basic for pricing.

What if i want a refund for my birthday party?

Refunds are only granted for birthdays if you cancel at least 14 days PRIOR to the event.

Do we have to wear masks?

It is up to each individual group if they prefer to wear masks or not. We do not require them.

What if there are capacity restrictions at Noah’s World?
The capacity should only be slightly affected with the pricing we have in place now. The All Inclusive and Large Basic parties includes 20 kids, so that might have to be lowered or the adult count lowered but the Small Basic should not. Private Play and Public Play should not be affected. It will depend on what the rules for capacity are. We will have to abide by whatever the latest rules are at the time.

Do you have to be vaccinated to come?

At this time no, that is not a requirement from the state.

Have you had any Covid shut downs?

No. We have not had to shut down for any Covid exposure. We have hand sanitizer and sinks available to clean hands. We are all appointment based and clean the building thoroughly in between each appointment. Staff does not come in if they feel even slightly ill just in case. We ask that customers do the same.

Do you require temps be taken at the door?

At this time no, but we did several months ago. We will have to abide by whatever the latest rules are at the time.

How do you keep track in case you need to do contact tracing?

We have not had to do any contract tracing. For birthday parties we write down everyone's names as they walk through the door, so we know who is there. We do not get your contact info as we assume the birthday family will have contact information for all their attendees. For Public Play, reservations are required so we already have a list and can add/delete as needed. For Private Play we just make sure we have your information as you pay.

*What Is Your Cleaning Regimen?

We routinely clean our facility throughout the day and every evening when we close. We Clorox and Lysol the toys, wipe down the tables, vacuum, clean the bathrooms etc. We do pride ourselves on keeping the space clean!  We recently invested in a commercial cleaning machine called the Clorox Total 360 Electrostatic Sprayer. This machine combines the disinfecting power of Clorox cleaning agents with electrostatic spraying technology making virtually any surface in your facility able to be disinfected. This machine emits an electrostatically charged mist, that immediately clings to any surface it is aimed at. This greatly reduces the amount of airborne chemical, and ensures that whatever surface is sprayed, is completely disinfected.

The Clorox Total 360 disinfecting cleaning agent is NOT a bleach, so it is safe on colored materials and fabric and is EPA registered to kill 19 illness-causing organisms in 2 minutes or less. This one-step, “no-wipe” disinfectant is safe to spray on virtually any surface.

We will be cleaning in between each time slot during the day. Further information on the Clorox Total 360 can be found on this website-
