Noah’s World opened its doors to our community in November 2017.

"Children learn as they play. Most importantly, in play children learn how to learn."

-O Fred Donaldson

All my children have inspired and motivated our family on this venture to open Noah's World, but my son,Noah, has shown us the importance of "thinking outside the box" in order to suit the needs of every child.  Noah has autism spectrum disorder, so his idea of what is fun and enjoyable differs from many typical children.  Most recreation centers were too loud and intimidating for him to enjoy himself.  I decided it was time we created a safe place that had equipment and toys that would be both educational and skill building for all children.  Noah's World gives families a place to escape from everyday distractions and simply PLAY!  I have learned the importance of PLAY for children through my own research and from the various therapists and teachers that have worked with Noah through the years.  I have enjoyed incorporating many of these tools into our space and in my P.A.L.S. (Parents And Little Sidekicks) programs.

Each child is unique in their learning path and we should never put a limit on their capability.   We need to continue to find ways to engage our children and help them grow to their fullest potential.
